Lypossage
Lypossage is a non-invasive, natural health treatment that helps to cleanse the body of toxins and retained fluids, which causes cellulite.
How does Lypossage help the appearance of cellulite?
The deeper lypossage strokes break up adhesions under the skin that can contribute to the uneven appearance of cellulite. Lypossage also tones the muscles, lifting, and firming sagging tissue. Call for a free consultation. 18-30 minute treatments.
Structural Relief Therapy
Structural Relief Therapy (SRT), according to Taya Countryman, "is an advanced massage technique that stops involuntary muscle contraction, restores joint function (ROM), instantly changes posture, and dramatically decreases pain in the first treatment". What muscles really need is to be shortened and held for 90 seconds. Read more on SRT at structuralrelieftherapy.com.
